The Moose Drool Sourdough Beer Bread is an original and easy recipe. Just stir together 1 bottle of Beer Bread and 1 can of beer (12 oz) at room temperature and bake. Regular or Lite beer may be used, as each different beer lends its own unique flavor to the finished bread. Or use a lemon-lime soda for a sweeter bread.
