Free UPS/FedEx - We ship products via UPS/FedEx when the ordered products are within their size and weight limits. If the ordered products are outside of UPS size and weight limits then we will ship your order via truck freight. Once shipped, delivery is normally 2-5 workdays.
Free Freight Truck deliveries are Tailgate Delivery, curbside. If the delivery address specified cannot be reached by an 18 wheeler or requires additional fees and/or services, you must either provide an alternate delivery address or arrange to meet the truck and receive the order. (Certain locations do not permit 18 wheelers, an additional delivery fee will apply.) The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, you are responsible to get your items to the ground and bringing items indoors. Have adequate help for unloading and placing your furniture. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing and note damage or missing items on the delivery receipt. If no comment is made on the delivery receipt you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip. Do Not refuse delivery, that will void our free shipping agreement and full shipping fees will apply. We only authorize and agree to pay for delivery to you. Once shipped, delivery is normally 7-10 workdays.

- Liftgate Service $65.00 (Sometimes required for resort/mountain deliverys)
Special Services If services other than our free delivery such as delivery on a specific day guaranteed or Liftgate Delivery are requested, there will be an additional charge. If your delivery address is on an unpaved road or road unsuitable for a semi truck, the delivery company may request you to meet the truck at a different location. When your furniture arrives it will be most helpful (to your back) if more than one person is present to help you carry the products into your house/cabin. When shipped via truck freight the furniture is delivered "curb side". This means that the driver will get as close as he safely can to your home and will unload the furniture there. The driver most likely will not carry the product into your house, they are not required to under the terms of the shipping agreement.
Optional Premium Inside Delivery Serviceis available for an additional fee. We know that buying furniture is a big decision for you and you want it to arrive in pristine condition. That's why our First Threshold Plus and White Glove In-Home Delivery utilizes only shipping professionals who specialize in home furnishings. Our 'First Threshold Plus' delivery service includes customized delivery by furniture specialists. Up to the minute online tracking and online delivery scheduling. This level includes a single man crew who will unpack and bring your furniture into the first doorway of your home such as a foyer or garage. He will also assist you with inspection of your delivery. All packaging materials are left for you to dispose of. Our 'White Glove' Level includes a two man crew who will unpack your furniture, bring it into the room of your choice and set it in place. They will assist you with inspection of your delivery and all packaging materials are removed from your home. However, it does not include moving your existing furniture. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). Once shipped, delivery is normally complete in 4-10 workdays.
